Lotum AI

Lotum seeks to advance the implementation of artificial intelligence within its industrial and management processes. The objective is to identify real-world use cases where AI adds value, enhances efficiency, and allows internal information to be harnessed in a secure, structured, and actionable manner. The first identified use case is the application of AI for automatic budget generation, selecting the most suitable products for each scenario from a catalogue of nearly 70k references, as well as determining the required labour and the specific phases of each project.

K Factor Technologies is developing an AI solution tailored to Lotum's requirements, geared towards productivity, information analysis, and support for internal processes.

The solution includes:

• Development of an internal query chatbot.
